I took a walk on the Tieton River Trail today. I went in from the upper bridge and walked east. The fall color, especially the oaks, aspens, & red osier dogwood, was magnificent. The cottonwoods were also nice, but many of them had lost most of their leaves. The weather was cloudy bright & cool without much wind, perfect for photography, so I only got about 1/2 mile past the big meadow. A wonderful day!
