Description:
Only accessible via Jacks Pass (FS Road #65) because the Index-Galena Road (#63) is closed between MP 6.4 and Garland Bypass. Road #63 is open for 0.8 miles from Garland Bypass to closure due to washout 1.4 miles south of Blanca trailhead. Closed road is impassable to stock.
