- Why You Should Go Now
- Wildflowers blooming
Hiked Trail 1351 and then south on Teanaway Ridge Trail 1364. Saw no one all day except for two polite mountain bikers. The weather was perfect and most of the flowers at their peak - lots of buckwheats, larkspur, scarlet gilia, elderberry, balsamroot, sedum, lupine, saxifrage etc etc. Highlight was a field of Clematis occidentalis. A great first hike of the season.
