Perfect day for a hike... with 100 of my fellow hikers. Clear blue sky, great temperature, no snow to be found, and it's FEBRUARY! Got to the parking lot around 9:30 and found it packed. Generally good pace up despite the crowds, though some folks need to review Hiking Etiquette 101.
The "summit" was gorgeous, and it felt great to get some sunshine. Headed back down at a good clip and got back to the car at 12:45. Total time up: 1hr 50min. Total time down: 1hr even.
