Water on trail
Left the trailhead just before 9:00AM. It was a little chilly but then it is March. The day quickly warmed up into a beautiful early spring or is it late winter day. We loved the Forrest and the water features going up this trail. The Lake not so pretty as it was frozen. The boardwalk has a broken section on the top end of the lake, it is very slippery,my son calls it the dark side of the lake. People were falling on their backside, no one seemed hurt, maybe their pride.

Trail is in excellent shape;I wish we were but it is early.
