I arrived arround noon and parked in the Issaquah High School upper parking lot (near the tennis courts). The trailhead is a bit hard to find and in fact a couple that I ran into during the hike told me they got lost just trying to find it. So if this is your first time hopefully this will help: From the main school parking lot, walk up toward the tennis courts and follow a gravel path that runs south behind the school. Walk down a little bit and you will see the see the football field on your right and there is a path that turns left into the woods (you will pass a couple small paths along the way). Once you head into the woods the trail begins to climb slightly and veer sort of SE. After about 2 or 3 minutes on that path you will see the wooden trailhead info board with the map. From there the rest of the trail is well marked.

The hike itself was beautiful! It is a bit longer than what is listed on the WTA trail description, more like 8.5 miles round trip and a pretty good workout. Some sections are pretty steep and will get your heart racing if you keep a good pace. There was lots of mud along the trail, especially once you reach the last mile. You would definitely want to be in boots and not tennis shoes today.

Overall, it was a beautiful hike and the view at the top was great! If you are looking to do a hike on Tiger Mt I would definitely recommend this over West Tiger #3. In my opinion, the trail is more scenic and the view at the top is way better!
