Annette Lake
Wet and rainy. Humpback beautifully engorged with rain water. 1 hr and 15 min into the hike began encountering snow patches across the breaks in tree coverage. Once trail flattens out at top, trail is difficult to see due to snow cover, but someone has left green ribbons marking the path, so it's not hard to follow. Crampons or microspikes not necessary, but could be helpful, I guess. Downed tree blocking trail at one point not too far from lake that requires scrambling. Lake is basically snowcovered save a sable sliver on one side. Chilly around lake.
