missed the first y fork, but kept following main trail/road and blue ties all the way to the broken picnic table and sign at about 5 miles in that states right to granite lake and left to thompson lake. nice, but very wet day hike up to lake. trail is in great shape with lots of salmon berries to taste and soon thimble berries too
