Crystal Lake from the West side.
We did the enchantment loop starting from the Colchuck side and ending on snow lake side.

Had an awesome time. We camped the first night just west and above Crystal lake, lots of mountain goats (warning the goats love your urine!), mosquitoes were not the greatest. Temperature at night wasn't too bad (maybe high 40's to low 50's).

Make sure you bring sun block and bug spray.

The second night we stayed on Lake Viviane and it was super windy, do not recommend camping right on the lake like we did (pretty close to the trail).

We also checked out temple lake, very cool serene lake with a little beach area.

I used poles the whole way down, and would recommend it if you have bad knees. The elevation drop is about 5500 feet from the end of the enchantments to the Snow lake side parking lot.
