Wildflowers blooming
   Herds of people, many spending the night up near the glacier to stargaze...kids and dogs, families galore... Meadows shimmer with colors, awash in wildflowers. The higher we wandered the views improve, and the crowds thin out. Small melt water pools at the upper end of the trail. Great place to star gaze, and watch the meteorites shoot across the sky. Although not in as much solitude...

I and my tripod (and friends) were there same day - sure was a lot of folks! More flowers, though, I think, than hikers.
