Wallace Lake's Outlet. The snow is not terribly deep, postholing through and getting hurt is a real possibility.
I'd been to Wallace State Park once and was overwhelmed or should I say overrun by the masses. Today, was quite a change. We encountered just 4 other hikers.

The falls are raging, the mosses thickly draping the branches in eerie green, the duff underfoot was mostly soft. It rained much of the day but started to clear and shine through the trees as we departed.

The trail is snow free up to the DNR road and then free again as the trail veers off to the left and towards the lake. The lake's edges are mostly snow covered so were not so inviting on a rainy afternoon. A few signs of early spring were here and there. A little bit wet but overall in great shape.
Note the old truck's grill around the tree. The rest of the truck is scattered about the ground.
The grill clearly was not slid down from the tops of these trees. It has been there a while.
Beautiful roaring cascades, mmmm.

Red Top Lookout

Snoqualmie Pass

Whether you're camping near Cle Elum or just want a prime picnic location for a short Saturday hike, you'll only have to climb a mile on this steep, easy-to-follow trail to get stunning views from a fire lookout (and cool alpine outhouse). It can be great for kids, but keep them close on the exposed summit.
