Snow depth at Snoqualmie Pass is 9-1/2 feet. About two feet of new snow have fallen during the last week. Snowshoes were sinking about six to ten inches. The snow is very heavy and breaking new trail is somewhat difficult. His Holy Sparkiness was featured in Friday's Ellensburg Daily Record as well as all the details about the snowshoe introduction program available through the Snoqualmie Pass Visitor Center 425-434-6111.
