Snow free to the top!! No trail-park pass required!

GOT FLOWERS?? Holy cow, I haven't EVER seen so many flowers on this trail, from trailhead all the way to and on the rock! All kinds! Went for sunset and stayed the night for sunrise. Sunset was good, sunrise was INCREDIBLE! Just enough clouds to color up the sky. Bring a tent, though, as the lookout building is in disrepair, and there are many signs of mice/rats inside the building. Doesn't appear trail maintainers have been here yet, as there are 9 trees on the trail, though all easily crossed. Bugs were there but not overpowering. Still lots of snow on St Helens, and the air was clear enough to easily see Mt Hood!
