Today I went with a friend and my 7 year old daughter (who did great on her first ""real"" hike) to the High Rock Lookout. The road to the trail was a bit rough and there was quite a bit of blow down, some snow and some water on the trail. A few pretty flowers just starting to bloom. When we made it to the top it was fogged in and unfortunately there was no mountain view to enjoy today. A nice, short hike. Will come back for the view one of these days...
