I went to the lake first. Up the railroad grade and proceeding up the Greg Ball Trail. Towards the top of the Greg Ball trail there are large puddles in the trail. The road to the lake is muddy in spots with a few small cedars across the road. Going across the foot bridge, that leads from the lake to the trail at the ridge, the trail is literally a creek. There are about 8 to 9 trees that have crossed the trail at this point and the water is swooshing along. I tried to stay to the edge, otherwise I would have been up over my gaiters in spots. Once through the flooded area it was smooth sailing from the ridge and down to the upper falls. All three falls were wonderful....with all the rain and run-off it's no wonder. The trail from the falls back to the parking lot was in pretty good shape. There are a few muddy spots here and there, but nothing too bad. For now I'd say view the falls and hope for warmer/dryer weather for the lake.
