We were surprised with beautiful weather that enabled spectacular views of the Columbia. Bikers and hikers were out in number, enjoying the dry weather. The wildflowers are beginning to make their appearance as spring approaches, it's a great time to hike!

Fully refreshed, we wandered up toward the upper lake to make camp which is when this picture was taken."
