Other ways to give: endowments, stock donations, gift & estate planning, workplace giving, corporate matching programs, corporate giving and donate used media.

A membership with WTA is just one of many ways to give to WTA. There are several other options to choose from as well:

  • Endowments - Washington Trails Association has four active endowments that support the programs you most care about.
  • Stock Donations - WTA accepts stock gifts; check this section to find out how to make the transfer.
  • Gift & Estate Planning - How to name WTA as a beneficiary in your will. 
  • Workplace Giving - You can donate to Washington Trails Association at your workplace through

  • Corporate Matching Gifts - Double your gift!  Many companies match their employees charitable donations.
  • Corporate Giving - Learn more about WTA's corporate partners and how your company can participate.
  • Donate Used Media - Washington Trails Association is a member of EcoEncore, which turns your used books, cds, dvds, video games and more into cash for WTA.
  • Recycle Your Cell Phone - From June 21 through October 20, 2008, Washington residents can turn in old wireless phones at local AT&T stores and the company will make a $1 contribution to Washington Trails Association for each phone donated, up to $25,000.
