A lot of stairs the last stretch of the hike,  but we'll worth it.

not sure if the people who play music would look at trip reports, but please, please leave your speakers at home. it truly ruins it for the rest of us.

other than that, beautiful refreshing falls! the hike up is a little monotonous in terms of foliage. last stretch is strenuous with the stairs.

Cannot recommend - may as well walk a city park - it is an absolute zoo. I guess people don’t work anymore. 
Dozens of dogs and kids, group after group all day.

Got there at 9am on Friday, I was shocked at the number of cars - maybe 30-50, more by the time we came back down.

It’s pretty up there, but way over used. WAY.

Arrived at 5:30 on Saturday, we were the only active car, started hiking at 5:45. Got to the falls at 6:45 and had them all to ourselves for an hour. Made it to the lake by 9:22. Minimal crowds and we hung out until 11. Then the crowd really started coming up. If you have troublesome knees, like myself, definitely get a knee brace and poles. There are a lot of worker-made stairs.
The trash at the toilet at the top was disheartening. Pack in, pack out, friends!
