Trail was great would recommend water proof shoes. Lots of stairs and climbing over rocks. Path has some narrow parts.

Arrived to an overflowing parking lot at 10:30 am on a Saturday. Found a decent spot along the road that was not in a “no parking zone” (lots of cars parked where they shouldn’t making the road very narrow to navigate). The trail was very busy. Tons of people enjoying the falls! We stopped and ate our lunch amongst the crowd and enjoyed the mist on such a hot day. Fun hike & the falls are a must-see - just know you will most likely be hiking with a lot of other people.

Bridal Veil was wonderful, as always! The weather was great, it was a great hike in, we got sprayed by the waterfall, and there were so many folks enjoying the falls (it was such a great buzz of enjoyment)! We had a great hike out, too! Thank you, WTA, for the repairs to the trail (I feel like that was last year). The steps were really nice (my son even remarked on them without us pointing them out). The trail was pretty crowded going up but had thinned out going back down. There were a few bugs, but I don’t think any of us were too bothered. My dog says thank you to folks who had their dogs on leaches (I think 99% of people we saw).

I was hiking with my friends on Saturday August 3rd on Lake Serene & Bridal Veil Falls Trailhead. I accidentally dropped my iphone 12 pro into the Bridal Veil waterfall. 

On Sunday August 4th, I received a ping that my phone was found. I used Apple's Find My app to track my phone. According to Find My app, my phone is located in the approximate location of 49648-49874 Mt Index River Rd, Gold Bar, WA 98281. Please see attached screenshot.

Parking lot was full at around 9:30am-ish but there was parking a little outside of the main lot.

There was some litter on the trail as others mentioned, which was sad. The trail can be quite bumpy with large rocks and stumps, so be prepared for that.

Otherwise the trail was nice and the views to the fall was great.
