Easy hike with not too much elevation. We started from the Nike Horse trail and turned around at Coal Creek Falls. Lots of slugs and some downy woodpeckers.

Mother’s Day hike. Much better in May than in September (in September there were no “falls”!)

A few bugs and a little muddy in places, but overall a nice hike. I would recommend paying close attention to the signs, and take one of the maps provided. Lots of trails and forks, it's easy to go down a trail you weren't intending to hike. That said, the trails were well marked. Large parking lot that was over half full upon arrival, and completely full by the time we left. Lots of people with dogs, some of which were off leash. Also several piles of poop on the side of the trail :( The falls and wild flowers were pretty though. Would hike again and explore more of the trails.

Hiked with a group of friends. finding the trail head and parking was easy. The trail was muddy in places so wear boots other then that it was clear. There were lots of people hiking and running on the trails so be prepared to see lots of people and dogs. Overall it is a great place to hike.
