I'm super out of shape so I try to pick low grade hikes, which I thought this was, so FYI to anyone who's like me there is very little elevation gain, but it's all in the first half mile so be ready to feel the burn for a minute.
After it more or less levels out it's an easy hike to the giant slimey boulder that is apparently a rushing waterfall in the winder. This time of year it's more of a drizzle.
Trail conditions were good and the parking lot wasn't too full (though it was mid day mid week), did not use the facilities.
As with all cougar mountain hikes, I suggest bringing a map, the trails are all marked, but sometimes it can get confusing or you can't exactly tell which way the arrows are pointing.
