This is a short trail but very wheelchair accessible with only a few bumps.

Decided to go first thing this morning. Trail was very easy with a little overgrowth on the side opposite of the panic area. Loved that this was quick and beautiful!

Went to the lake on Thursday for a picnic and to take pictures for family. We arrived around 1pm and it was pretty crowded. A lot of the picnic tables were in use, and it was great to see so many people out and enjoying the sunshine. Wildflowers are insane right now, and the trail was packed with them. We were out here a month and a half ago and it was completely different. The ants and bugs were quite annoying, so bring bug spray if you plan to hang out. We walked counter clockwise on the trail up to the bridge and ran into a few snakes, and a lot of bees (just honey bees - I think. Harmless ones). Bathroom at the trailhead was clean and well stocked (wish it had a hand sanitizing pump though). If you're looking for wildflowers and don't want to hike for miles to see them, this is the place to go!

My girlfriend and I took the kids out for a stroll around Gold Creek Pond (literally, as she has a new baby and used a stroller!) Such a perfect little jaunt for kids. Pretty flowers and views to enjoy. Had lunch at one of the many available picnic tables. The kids and dog enjoyed exploring and loved the little bridges. Would be a super fun snow shoe for the kids in the winter. Excited to come back and try it when there's snow. Enjoy!
