I went to Kayak Point and hiked the 1.1 mile loop through the forest.  I imagine it doesn’t see much use when campers aren’t around.  I thoroughly enjoyed it.  It was a beautiful day and hardly one was at the beach.  Great escape for a few hours.

There is a beautiful little 1.1 mile day hike that begins and ends in the campground loop. Perfect for any age and pets. Excellent trail conditions!

Took the grand daughters and had a fire on the beach, did some fishing. The two year olds loved the beach and the fish. Grandma did too as well as the views!
