Perfect for a hot sunny day, since I stayed in the shade under the canopy of dense foliage. No bugs, no mud, almost to the point of monotony, but I'm not complaining too much. Not very crowded, and most people wore masks.

A pretty standard warm, sunny Summer afternoon. Trail conditions were good and the parking lot was busy, but not full. Didn't encounter many people on trail, but most were wearing masks or stayed a respectable distance away while passing.

Makes me want to come back to ride the powerline trail.

Great flat trail with multiple forks to adjust for the length of the hike. Not mush of an elevation so it would be a good trail to run on. It had rained yesterday so some parts were muddy but I didn’t need my hiking boots.

I was worried about hiking here today, due to all the rain we have had recently and how muddy all the other hikes I've done this week have been. I was pleasantly surprised to find this trail to be in really great condition. There were a few places where there was a little mud across the trail, but nothing too bad. There were a lot of bugs out, especially mosquitoes, so bring bug spray when you go!

Nice 5 mile day hike. Not to challenging, lots of other hikers but not over crowded. Good way to get some exercise and enjoy nature. Trail is in great shape.
