Arrived at the trailhead around 8:30, with a handful of cars there before me. Lots of trails and room to spread out and soak in some nature, passed about a dozen hikers and runners during my hour on trail, wide trails made for easy social distancing. Trails in good shape, just a little muddy in spots. Some wildflowers blooming, early berries starting to ripen.

We went on evening around 7 pm and there were only few cars. This trial simple and easy walk but best one is on bike as kids or adult will enjoy the space to ride. my son enjoyed it very well (10yrs old).

owing to lot of flower do expect bees and given this is water reserve do expect quite bit mosquitoes as well(if u venture little adventurers) do apply bug repellents ahead of time.

overall it was pleasant and easy hike for any day.

Great place to go if you want to get out into nature without the long drive! Beautiful trails and a many to choose from depending on if you want a short or longer walk. My friend and I did the pipeline connector trail today and walked about 4 miles round trip. It was a pleasant day but a bit muddy because it had just rained. The sun even made an appearance in the late afternoon! The grade is very nice, gradual dips but mostly flat. Since the preserve is pretty big with different trails, there was not much congestion on the trail we took. Ran across less than 8 people enjoying a jaunt through the forest. Recommend wearing hiking shoes for traction :)

I will also add that they have a nice parking area with bathrooms! (south parking lot)

Few other folks out, lot was less than half full around 4p. Trail very well maintained, though a decent amount of horse droppings the deeper you go on Trilium Trail. Little mud here and there, I did note that I should have worn my boots to avoid occasional slipping.

Great suburban hike. Trail is super maintained and bathroom is open. 10am start not too busy only passed 10 folks. Hiked the south lot north up trillium and took the short spur to old pond. Great bench just (south?) of the bridge near old pond outlet. Seidel to silers trail and back to pipeline - a nice clockwise loop. Orange honeysuckle, miners lettuce, starflower, thimble berry In flower. Piggyback, fringecup, flowering dogwood flowering or fading. Salmon berry in fruit. Fun times great flat trail.
