Nice trail to walk on a sunny day! There was only one patch of snow and it was very easy to walk on. The trail is very easy and well maintained.

Hiked with a 5 month old in carrier There is still a lot of icy snow which is easy to cross but I found yak trax useful for extra grip. There are a lot of trees down across the trail. They are all passable but be aware that it make this normally very easy trail a little more challenging, especially if you have younger children.

There's a tree down on the Siler's Mill Trail in the park but it's easy to cross. The big news though, is the beavers are back! There's a lovely new dam at the bottom of the pond that wasn't there a month ago. We didn't see the beavers or the lodge yet, but we'll be checking back often. We used to love to watch them years ago. Also along Siler's Mill Trail.

Went on a nice hike with a buddy late afternoon before the sun set and the preserve closed. Not a lot of people were out. Trails were in good condition. Not very wet at all considering the season. This was a couple days after the windstorm so most of the trails were covered in small twigs or branches that had blown off trees but nothing serious enough to be an impediment. Could hear wildlife and birds chirping the whole time. Was very lovely!

Walked the large exterior loop at the Redmond Watershed Saturday morning before the rain from the northern parking lot off 133rd.  Distance including a couple additional meanderings to the north pond and Collin Creek Trail ended up at 5.6 miles and 364 gross vertical.  The whole watershed is filled with the strong and distinctive aroma of wet big leafed maple leaves.   No trail issues  - no blow down, everything in great condition.  No facilities at the north lot but restrooms, etc are at the south lot off Novelty Hill Rd.

Ran into a very curious and tame (maybe too tame) juvenile female black tailed deer just north of the north pond.  We talked for a couple minutes but she eventually bored of my conversation and walked off back into the woods.  Lots of little brown squirrels constantly sounding the alarm from high in the tree canopy.  Some mushrooms are out though not in the numbers we saw a couple years ago.  The watershed is still one the best semi urban walks in the woods.
