The Watershed Redmond preserve is our all seasons favorite trail park. Parking is never a problem, their facilities have an extra clean-up station for muddy shoes. The trails are well maintained and wide, making it more pleasant to hike in groups. The trails are varied, with options for all levels of fitness. In the summer, you can feast on berries, while sometimes  meeting up close with the local wildlife: bears, deer, beavers, etc. Beware of the parts that are open for horseback riding - not a problem for us, but sometimes you might step in poop. The riders are always courteous, same with the other hikers. It is one of the cleanest trails, we rarely see any loitering. If we could, we would go there every day

The trail was a bit muddy, so it was easier to slip and trip.

Nicely maintained trail with different routes. You can choose routes with more uphill or others that are mainly flat. It was a nice leisurely hike and it was very easy to navigate. Very good parking lot and roads.

We took the trillium trail out and the pipeline trail back to the south parking lot for a great winter ramble. Rain showers meant there was almost no one on the trail mid-morning. We passed two horses, two bikers, and a handful of runners/walkers the whole time.
