Snow free, ice free and almost mud free on a sunny Saturday afternoon in January, we actually sat on the ground and had tea by the pond, what a treat! Trails are in great shape and easy to follow, saw a lot of horseman out today and flocks of birds, ducks and geese. Great winter hike this year and we were able to complete the whole loop which is not always possible due to flooding.

Very pretty, calm, quiet, and serene. Hardly saw any people, but did see a lot of wildlife! Deer, chipmunks, birds, and more! It did get a little dusty which made it tough on my smaller dog, but it was easy and a great stroll. I recommend bringing water and a hat :)

Great easy walk. Trail is muddy in some areas, which is not an issue. The concern is that are many holes some 6-7 inches deep, so watch your step. Overall, a beautiful area!
Hint: Wear your bug spray! The gnats and mosquitos are particularly bad this year. I pulled 7 ticks off my 2 dogs as well.
