Nice little walk for the 1000lbsoftrash initiative. Spent an hour collecting 23 lbs broken glass, bottles and wrappers along the lister loop area, then had a nice jaunt down the creek and back. Trail is in great condition despite spring runoff. Creek is flowing fast. The work the WTA did recently really shows!

A really nice, short and easy city hike good for a rainy week day. The trail was certainly muddy and a bit slippery on the inclines, but nothing too tough to handle in my sturdy hiking boots. I do wish they had a trash can at the trail head so I could have thrown away my dog poop bag instead of having to drive to a gas station to throw the bag away. It's tough enough to get people to pick up after their dogs without making them take their poop for a scenic drive after the hike. But all in all was a decent hike, just less user friendly than Point Defiance.

Found this super cool park near my house and was pleasantly surprised with a really nice, short hike. My dog and I were greeted by a bald eagle sitting in a tree the beginning of our hike. Will be back.

Went for a day hike. Encountered a few other hikers and a couple bikes. Trail was in good condition. Small amounts of glass on trail so dogs beware.

56th to Pioneer Way and back hike. End to end feels farther than 2.4 miles. Easy to moderate switch backs. Easy for dogs. It was wet out, but a good 2.5 hours. Would do it again in spring/summer when it's dry. Fun encounter with a small wood carved living room set on the trail.
