Snowfields to cross - could be difficult

I was looking for a time estimate here since I was doing this as an after work hike, but hadn’t found one so... I am an average to slower speed hiker and made it to the top at 2 hr 40 min, down in 1 hr 40 min. Started at 5pm and had to use a headlamp once it got dark around 9pm. Gaia tracked about 4 miles one way with 3600 ft gain.

For other conditions, past reports are spot on. Snow is slushy once it starts, with some sections being a little steep. Used spikes myself, but yak trax or nothing would work.
