Rain, rain, rain.
I wanted to get some rainy photos, and some roiling river photos, and I got both, in spades.
The trail was flooding with puddles, and I got stopped a third of a mile down the trail by a flowing stream. Might have crossed if I had waterproof boots, but I was just in my hiking shoes.
I have hiked this trail many times, in all seasons, but never in this much rain. The river was practically in rebellion, I could hear rocks knocking against each other in small streams, and in the river.
Was great fun, though.
