Hiked around gold creek pond then up the gold creek trail for about 4 miles before turning around and heading back. Trail is in good condition, no hazards, fall foliage was doing its thing. Didn't see another person the whole time until I got back to the pond. The Salmon are hanging out in the river, fun to watch them for awhile. Great hike, elevation is very mild, trail can be a little rocky at points, so if your not sure footed maybe walk slower?
