I actually really like this one in the winter because of the logging roads. When it's sunny, you get a good amount of sun on your face which I appreciate! It's a relatively easy hike to and from the waterfall and I haven't ever seen more than a handful of groups there before. The turn offs are not clearly marked, so make sure you know where you're going/download a map. The waterfall isn't the most spectacular waterfall in WA, but it's still awesome and a great place to turn around. I didn't go to the top this time, but have before and that's a fun little side trail.

I see WTA is still saying this trail is closed because it is on City of Everett property. It is not. Since the TH has been moved down the road, it is now entirely on DNR property. Discover Pass.
