Just came through as part of a WTA backcountry team on a 5-day trail maintenance work party. The first ~4 miles of this trail up to the Tuck and Robin Lakes junction have been freshly maintained.
We installed check steps, removed blowdowns, improved drainage and stream crossings, brushed the trail corridor, cleaned up tread, and removed tripping hazards from the upper switchbacks.
As noted in the Tuck & Robin Lakes description, the trail after the junction is largely unmaintained and becomes much rougher.
Happy hiking!
