Foulweather Bluff Preserve Trail — Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2019

Olympic Peninsula

This is a perfect hike to go on with family and friends. There is an obvious pullout on the road where the trailhead starts. A no dog sign marks the start of the trail. There is also a chain wrapped around a tree where you can lock up your bicycle.

The trail takes you on a beautiful walk through the trees. We were lucky enough to have some sunshine filtering through the closer we got to the water. In no time at all we got to the beach. The tide was pretty high but enough beach remained to walk on. With the sound on one side and a massive cattail marsh on the other, this is a beautiful spot. We even spotted a seal just off shore.
