We did the whole loop, starting at Prairie Overlook.  It was a lovely day, and the trail was in good shape.  The Olympics view was obscured by heavy smoke haze from the wildfires.

This was one of my first hikes ever and it continues to never disappoint! The overcast day made it super peaceful to walk along the beach and there were plenty of fellow hikers out!

I didn't do the Prairie trail section and only did the Bluff Trail loop. The parking lot is small, but it felt like there were always 2 spots open! #HikeTheState

Mostly easy walk with only one section of uphill/downhill to get down to the beach. We were mostly by ourselves until we got to the bluffs, and the beach can also get a bit crowded due to the easy parking. It was a very foggy day which made the views limited, but there's just something so appealing about watching the mist flow through the trees and hearing but not seeing the ferry horns off in the distance.

Second time doing this one this year. Pleasant as always. Limited distant views due to the haze but still an excellent choice year round.

Quick walk on the Ebey’s Landing trails Saturday morning.  Discover Pass required for the state park property and parking lot, no such requirement currently at the bluff lot.  Both lots were busy even early today.  Nice pit toilets at the bluff lot were open and in great condition.  No specific trail issues though they get a bit brushy this time of year and some of the bluff trails are exposed and on quite a slope for folks that might not enjoy that situation.  Views were spectacular as always though a bit hazy looking west due to the recent forest fire activity.  Flowers are largely spent though there are some pretty yellow gumweed still blooming.  A beautiful, relatively easy walk - really a must stop if you are in the area.
