Wildfire Haze creates beauty
This picture is from the Alpine Lookout hike to off all things a fire lookout above the Lake Wenatchee area. The haze created this beautiful scenery.
Beautiful hike to Twin Lakes near Lake Wenatchee. An all encompassing hike.
This sweeping view on the way to Lake Serene reminded me of the Smoky Mountains in the East but instead are of the Stevens Pass area of the Central Cascades.
This log must have been 50ft long and several feet wide and serving the rest of its life as a bridge above the ferns and shrubs of the forest. I felt safe and secure on this wonderful natural beauty created by nature and the wonderful work party crews that keep our trails safe and secure.
Shadow of the pinnacle creating something that isnt really there.
A spiritual moment
The sun was casting shadows on the pinnacles across the lake on Lake Serene and it made the most aw-inspiring shadows that it felt like God was shining down on the lake.
Saw this on the way up to Mailbox Peak. Early stage prior to blooming
