After hiking up to Wallace Lake, we saw the sign for Jay lake and kept on going. Jay was a surprisingly beautiful little lake. Lots of winter color cast some nice reflections on the glass still lake.

Wandering along the bluffs, we looked down on this eagle sitting on a snag, looking for a meal.
Palouse Falls was painted with rainbows throughout the day.
Skunk cabbage was everywhere on this trail, it was hard not to stop and take pictures of it.
North Head Light House taken from Benson Beach. This light house has been in service since 1898. The Columbia River entrance/bar is one of the most hazardous in the world so this light house plays an important role in navigation.

Cap Sante Park in Anacortes, Washington. We had extraordinary visit to capture the sunrise and surrounding views of Anacortes area. Weather was exceptionally sunny even though had been snowing in some areas over last weeks. Access is very easy to the parking lot. Several vantage points looking east, south and west.
