Poo Poo via Chirico on 11.19.24. Took advantage of this morning's weather window to jaunt up to Poo Poo Point before the bomb cyclone hits.
ROAD was suitable for all vehicles. Lots of parking at 6.30 a.m.
TRAIL was in generally good shape, no major obstacles, but there were some muddy puddly squishy sections. Slush began closer to the top, and there was a lovely dusting of fresh snow at the viewpoints. Made it fine without traction today, but it will get slippery if it refreezes (or maybe the storm will wash it all away, we'll see!).

Hiked late morning. Overall, a good day for a quick hike since it wasn’t raining. Trail was a little muddy but in good condition. Hiked about 1.3 miles from the parking lot and the wind picked up a lot. Trees were swaying. Snow at the top and could feel the stronger gusts. Hustled down the trail to avoid any possible falling branches.
