My friend and I started the hike around 8:50am. The lot was nearly full and it is a workday. We got to the top around 10:15am and sat in the fog and mist to enjoy the fresh air and chit chat. We got back down around 11:15am. We saw several hikers, huckleberries, and some doggies. The berries are on the tail end of their seasonality though. Nice way to start the day!

"Squeezed" a ramble of "Chirico Trail to Poo Poo Point" early this FRI 06sep2024, firstly, to avoid the forecast Heat (Low 90s_F ??) 😩, and also to tests some of my recently purchased "hiking gears", new Cell-phone (and its re-loaded Hiking Apps), Battery Pack, Fanny Pack with Bottle Holder .. Except for a few minor adjustments to be made, the tests went well .. 😊
~6 vehicles parked at the TH-parking when i arrived at ~05:50. And when i got back at ~08:50, the parking was ~80% full. ~05:55 i went Out/Up to Poo Poo Point, and i encountered a total of 5 people (3 were coming Back/Down, 2 were going Up). Took ~15 break at the North Launch Viewpoint - hazy views (videos Link below). On my way Back/Down > South Launch Viewpoint > TH, i encountered total ~30+ people and 3 dogs coming Up. Everyone was cheery, friendly and courteous 👍
Cheers! 😃
