Overview
Hiker Happy Hour is an opportunity for hikers to gather in support of WTA and learn more about accomplishments and updates. It is a happy hour event to celebrate our work with volunteers, community members and stakeholders. You will receive an invite to the event in the region you live! This is also a fundraiser. Tickets are $20 and will include a membership to WTA, appetizers, and a drink ticket for the event

We are in need of ambassadors to manage a check-in and information table and help with set up and clean up.

Particular tasks will be assigned to ambassadors in attendance so we'll have a schedule soon after folks are registered.
Planning Information
If you have a preference for helping check folks in, or for helping wrap up, or table, please let Nicole know! You do NOT have to pay for a ticket to attend this event. It is appreciated if you'd like and are able to, but it is not necessary. Attendance, include a drink and food, is your perk for volunteering!

Getting to WTA work parties can involve travel on rough, unpaved roads in areas without cellular service and without street addresses that can be accurately used by navigation devices. Unless specifically noted otherwise, routes can generally be traveled by all types of vehicles. Volunteers with limited experience driving on unpaved mountain roads may want to allow extra time, beyond what is recommended in the directions above, to get to the meeting location.
