Busy but great day to the falls, which due to all the recent rain, is full flowing and lovely. A few flowers are starting to bloom. The trails are in great condition with no puddles. There were a few muddy patches but nothing that couldn't be walked around.

A quick Spring Break hike to the falls and a great time to visit this short, sweet trail. Trail conditions are excellent dry and firm, and the falls are still running well. Spring flowers are out in force trillium, bleeding heart, violets, Oregon grape and more. On this sunny and warm Friday we met some annoying bugs at the falls, reminding us it's time to pack both sunscreen and bug spray. We stopped to look at the old mining artifacts on the way back, hard to imagine the industry that use to be present. The parking lot was completely full as we left around lunch time, come early especially if you are coming on the weekend.

Perfect for spontaneous hike even with a very late start. We got there at 1:30, lot was full but we got lucky and found a spot quickly. Finished the hike under an hour and a half with a short stop at the falls. Small crowd at the falls but we found a little spot to the side to sit and enjoy the view. Would definitely go again and try the other nearby trails. Dog enjoyed splashing in the water.

We took our time meandering the many trails after leaving the parking lot. Took about 1 hour for our 2.4 mile stroll to the Falls. Very pretty!
