Pete's Creek - Colonel Bob Peak — Sunday, Jun. 14, 2020

Olympic Peninsula > Pacific Coast

Hi! I lost my beloved glasses on the trail today. They fell out of my pocket at some point on the way up and I was unable to find them on the way down. They are an opaqueish white, the frames are plastic and relatively circular, and they glow in the dark. I would love to meet someone somewhere or Venmo  you to mail them if they happen to be found! My email is marinolywa@gmail.com. I live in Olympia. Thanks :)

The hike was fogged in but beautiful nonetheless! There were a few flowers blooming, and lots of fresh greenery. We encountered snow fields towards the top, and we were able to safely cross them. There was no snow at the summit! We hiked it with our dog, and she was very happy with the frequent stream crossings. None were particularly difficult.
