Just hit this trail today and loved it. I went left around the lake and to the bottom. I clocked this at 11 miles RT and 2600ft. I did it in about 4.5hrs....I was picking blueberries hard on the way back.
I loved everything about this trail... It is the PCT. Beautiful fall foliage... Easy parking and hardly saw anyone except some thru hikers.
The lake is a beautiful blue. The pictures will speak the rest.
