marvelous trail！two half-frozen lakes with golden larch. The trail was covered with snow from trailhead to the end, but new snow combined with larch needles not slippy at all.We hiked with normal hiking boots and poles.
There are a Y fork connecting 1350 and 13502 trails about 1 miles from trailhead. We got lost when we came back. Remember the manastash lake trail is 1350, and take the right trail without a sign back to parking lot when you go down.
