Rattlesnake Ledge — Thursday, Apr. 8, 2021

The first quarter of the trail was fine, the rest of the trail was mud and snow. The snow was slick and wet, so lots of slipping, and it was warm enough that the snow melting off the trees was falling on peoples heads in huge hard clumps. Honestly yaktrax might have been fabulous on this trail today? I’m sure as the weather changes each day so will the trail conditions, so this review might not be accurate in a few more days, just be prepared! The trail itself is in wonderful shape though! and yes, there were tons of people on the trail, it’s rattlesnake. Overall it’s a super quick and easy hike, just be willing to get muddy until all the snow has melted!
