This hike was a little busy for a Friday afternoon. We encountered about 2 dozen other hiking groups while we were out.
The trail was in great condition. The wildflowers look like they are about 2 weeks away from their peak. Most haven't started to bloom yet.
We hiked this one with our four kids, ages range from 14 to 9. We did it once a few years ago when the youngest was six. It's definitely suitable for children.
I broke my foot a few months back so this was my first hike after my injury. It's not too challenging and a great way to start the season.
