I don’t get out often these days, so any opportunity to climb a mountain is a blessing! This Lundin peak climb was supposed to happen last week, but the weather was worsening in Snoqualmie pass and it had to be postponed. Luckily there was a good weather window last Thursday and people still wanted to do the climb.
There was uninterrupted snow on the approach but with good visibility and some GPS help finding the route through the forest wasn’t a problem. The actual climbing was a mix of scrambling and low class 5 moves with some exposure. We finished it all with a nice long glissade!
