Sauk Mountain — Thursday, Aug. 5, 2021

Hiked up in the evening with a friend through Kula Academy (Kula Cloth's adventure programs rock!). The road wasn't bad, took about half an hour to drive up in a mid-clearance Subaru. Trail is in decent shape, with some erosion areas and some loose dirt sections. Bugs were not a bother, as it was windy, which was nice. There was no snow on trail but some patches on the top, along the ridge. Trail down to the lake looked clear from snow as well, but we stayed up top to watch the sunset.
