Mount Catherine — Sunday, Aug. 29, 2021

We only went to the ridgetop, which is plenty for beautiful views on both sides of the mountain. Not much to report, except that there were almost no bugs. Tons of huckleberries in the woods from the base all the way to the top. Also, as noted in other reports, the road is in beautiful shape all the way to the trailhead but gets very gnarly just beyond. Hooray for FS grading!
